2 To qualify for the Member Rate, you must be a member of your National Association (which in turn must be a Member Association of WFOT), or an Individual Member of WFOT. Your membership status will be verified with the relevant association. Please go to http://www.wfot.org/countries.asp for details of which national associations are WFOT members.

3 Student registrations must show valid student ID for 2009 or 2010 when arriving to register at the Congress. Students include those studying as full time undergraduate students.


Payment Methods

There are two ways to pay for registration:

  • Credit card (Visa, Marstercard, Amex) – Accepted through online registrations ONLY. If you are sending a hard copy registration form, credit card details will not be accepted.
  • Personal or certified* bank cheque made out to “WFOT” – Please forward to Congress Office by mail:

All payments must be made in US dollars only.
Bank transfers will not be accepted.

* Certified Cheque: The certification consists of a record, signed by the bank on the check itself, stating that funds are available in the account of the drawer, to cover the check. Certification must be issued by the bank upon request of the drawer.
The purpose of the certified check is to provide greater security for the recipient of a check.
The issuing bank must ensure that there are sufficient funds in the account to cover the check, for as long as the cheque is valid.
Ask your bank about the fees charged for certifying cheques, and in the event of cancellation.



Entitlements

FULL REGISTRATION entitles the delegate to:

  • All congress sessions from Tuesday 4 May - Friday 7 May 2010.
  • Welcome Reception on Tuesday 4 May 2010
  • Morning, afternoon teas and lunch on Tuesday 4 May to Friday 7 May 2010 (no afternoon tea on Friday)
  • Delegate badge and satchel
  • Congress program handbook and delegate materials

DAY REGISTRATION entitles the delegate to:
  • All congress sessions on day of registration.
  • Morning, afternoon teas and lunch on day of registration (no afternoon tea on Friday)
  • Delegate badge and satchel
  • Congress program handbook and delegate materials
